To complement our molding department we also have a complete mold making facility. This allows us to maintain and or repair our production molds as needed. With our mold-making department, we are able to develop new products in the means of proto-typing and then build multi-cavity production molds to suit our production needs.

To assist product development we are using Solid Works (solid modeling program) to help design and document our new products. We also are using Surfcam (3+computer aided machine program) to better enhance faster and precision machining in manufacturing proto-types and production molds.
